Nate has played serveral games up this Spring with the major league Mariners. He has seen action in 4 games, getting 5 at bats with 2 hits including the double mentioned above. He has 4 RBI’s and is currently hitting .400. Manager Eric Wedge was quoted as saying “Everybody down there (minor league) is high on him, that’s why we gave him the opportunity to come up here and he’s shown himself well, he’s a good player.”
